The Field Bouquet Cocktail

  • 2 oz gin (recommend Hendrick’s)
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz honey syrup
  • 5-15 dashes Flower Bitters (to taste)
  • Candied, dried, or fresh edible flowers to garnish

Add all ingredients to shaker, shake with ice until shaker is frosty. Strain into cocktail coup or martini glass and garnish with flowers.


  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ oz honey syrup
  • 10 dashes Flower Bitters
  • 2 oz ginger beer
  • Soda water
  • Candied or fresh edible flowers for garnish

Pour bitters, juice, and syrup over ice into collins glass. Add ginger beer and top with soda, garnish with candied or fresh flowers on a pick.
